"A Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, I bring eight years of commercial property experience across Scotland back to the city I grew up in. Dundee born and raised, I know its buildings and its business community as well as anyone in the profession.
My career was built at two of Scotland's leading chartered surveying firms, working across retail, industrial, office and leisure transactions. I've represented clients including Co-operative Group, Tilstone, Northern Trust, Alvarez and Marsal, Costa Coffee and M7 Real Estate, alongside local and international investors — experience that gave me a close understanding of how national occupiers and institutional investors actually make decisions.
That grounding shaped how I work: commercial advice should be as sharp on the fundamentals as it is attuned to what a building means to the block it sits on and the business that'll trade from it.
Today, I lead Axis Commercial, bringing that expertise to sales and lettings, opinions of value, rent reviews, landlord and tenant advice, investment sourcing, premises acquisition, and commercial EPCs — built on deep local knowledge and Axis Property's standard for doing things properly."
